Sharing of Information

We may share the information you provide with trusted partners, including employers, recruitment partners, training providers, educational institutions, and program partners, for the purposes described in this policy. That includes facilitating your job application, suggesting, nominating, or referring you for training and professional-development programs, and improving our services. This may include:

• Working hours
• Personal number

• Any personal information provided during registration or application

All data sharing is done in compliance with Bahrain's PDPL and only with your express consent.

Is it necessary to provide your personal data?

We process your personal data based on your legitimate consent. However, if you refuse the processing of your personal data, we may not be able to provide our services to you. We will inform you when the collection of personal data is optional.

How long do we retain your personal data?

We retain data as long as required by local regulatory and professional retention requirements. We will keep data related to your transactions for the duration of this agreement. After the termination of this agreement, data will be retained for 10 years. We may retain anonymized data for a longer period for historical, research, and analytical purposes. If you do not wish for your data to be shared with these partners, you may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at support@sirati.bh. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal, and it may limit our ability to provide the services to you.

After You Register

After you register on the platform, the platform may contact you by email or other channels for marketing purposes, to advertise job vacancies, and to suggest you for training programs, courses, and other professional-development opportunities.

Securing Your Information

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, it is not possible to guarantee 100% security of personal information, and therefore, we cannot fully ensure its protection against all unauthorized attacks or events.
